Fantasy Tennis Open ("App", "we", "our", "us") is operated by BitSoul Techno Solutions Private Limited. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account information: Name and email address provided during registration.
Gameplay data: Your selected teams, substitution history, points, leaderboard position, and tournament participation.
Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version — used to diagnose issues and improve performance.
Push notification token: If you grant notification permission, we store your Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token to send you tournament alerts and roster updates. See Section 4 for details.
Usage analytics: Aggregate app usage statistics (screens visited, feature usage). We do not track individual session recordings.
All user and gameplay data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure located in India. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. By using the App you consent to your data being stored and processed in India.
If you grant notification permission on your device, we store a device identifier used to deliver push notifications — roster confirmations, substitution window alerts, and tournament result updates.
We do not use notifications for advertising and do not share your notification identifier with third parties. You can revoke permission at any time in your device settings.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures including: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest on DynamoDB, AWS Cognito for authentication (no passwords stored in plain text), and restricted IAM role-based access to production data.
No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the App at your own risk.
The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a user is under 18, the account will be suspended and data deleted.
Depending on your region you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Submit requests to support@fantasytennisopen.com.
EU/UK users: you have rights under GDPR including portability. Indian users: rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 apply. Californian users: rights under CCPA apply.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
